Surprise Lake Middle School Tutoring

Tutoring is now available free to any student who needs assistance! Sessions are held every Tuesday and every Thursday (2:50 to 3:30) throughout the year.  To sign up parents may email Rachael McCormick at rmccormick@fife.k12.wa.us or call the Main Office at 517-1300. Please provide dates you wish to sign up for and the subject area the student is planning to focus on.  Parents are responsible for transportation if needed. 

Tutoring Expectations

• Students shall report to tutoring directly after the 2:45 p.m. bell.

• Students are required to be prepared with homework, supplies and reading materials.

• Once students report to tutoring they are required to remain in class until 3:30 p.m. unless a parent arrives to pick up the student earlier.

• If a student refuses to work or is a disruption to the other students, the student will be directed to call home.
